Kansas City could see more storms Thursday night, though not as strong
KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

Overnight storms and downpours caused damage around the Kansas City metro, and we may not be quite done with the rain yet.

Thursday night may bring more storms, though they won't be as strong or long-lasting as Wednesday's. Some heavy downpours are possible.

These storms may be more focused on the area south of the metro.

Some fog and scattered storms in the morning are possible Friday. The high reaches the upper 80s and the low near 70.

Things get steamy over the weekend, with highs in the lower 90s Saturday and Sunday. With the extra humidity, it will feel like near 100 degrees. That heat will last into next week as well.
