KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

Chiefs rookie wide receiver Cyrus Allen dealt with an injury during training camp but said after Saturday's preseason opener against the Los Angeles Rams that he's back to full strength.

"I'm back. I'm 100. I'm good," Allen said.

Allen made one of his biggest impressions by going up for a leaping catch, something he believes is an important part of his game.

"I feel like that's something that I make, like spectacular catches, and I try to just be a reliable target for the quarterback," Allen said.

His approach when the football comes his way is pretty straightforward.

"I'm responsible for it," Allen said. "That's my job to get open and catch the ball. So that's kind of what I live by."
