Kansas City weather: Seasonal temperatures the next two days, hotter weather returns

It will be less humid and more pleasant the next two days in the metro, but temperatures will get hotter for the weekend.

A comfortable evening and overnight is expected, with low temperatures falling in to the lower 60s. It will be mostly sunny weather on both Thursday and Friday.

High temperatures will reach the middle 80s. The viewing of the partial lunar eclipse Thursday evening and overnight should be terrific with clear skies at night.

By the weekend, though, 90-degree temperatures and stick weather return.

Rain chances will return next week.
