Chiefs left tackle Josh Simmons did not play in Friday night's game against Seattle and has missed practices this week.
Simmons has reportedly dealt with back pain during the preseason.

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported this week that Simmons is "undergoing more tests" for the back injury.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid addressed Simmons' status following the preseason.
“It's going to take a little bit of time here, but he's a hard worker when it comes to these types of things,” Reid said. “It's just a matter of eliminating some of the pain that he has and making sure he has enough strength there.”
Simmons, who was the Chiefs' 2025 first round pick, is the expected starter at left tackle and protecting the blindside of quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
